Lake Side (Nextensa) is building an inclusive city district of 140,000 m² with 800 new homes. In order to create high density and green space, high-rise construction plays the main role.
As coordinating architect, we are leading the development of this densification project. Our colleagues from the Sustainability, Energy and Comfort Team are responsible for the EPB advice and related reporting.
