Energetically feasible?

You have a renovation or new construction project and have questions about what can be improved energetically? We call this an energy feasibility study in which we investigate building envelope measures, ventilation systems and energy technologies (including renewable energy). This can be either as a separate consultancy assignment or as part of a wider feasibility study.

Your building is part of our real estate heritage? Fine, then we are talking about a real estate heritage energy audit in which we rely on the Heritage Premium of the Agency for Real Estate Heritage.

If we design the building envelope more correctly, we reduce the proportion of artificial lighting, heating and/or cooling. Your comfort thankfully does not.
