Personal data we process

We do not process personal data because no personal data can be left on our site. Nor do we use social media plug-ins.

When you use BB's available Wi-Fi networks (open and closed) the following data is logged by the firewall by default, but not actively viewed and/or stored:

  • MAC address of your device
  • IP address (which we issue ourselves)
  • Websites you visit
  • Time of visit

When do we collect your data?

When you take part in an event at BB that requires a reservation, such as a housewarming party, an open house day, an open day in the context of the Day of Architecture, our biennial charity bike ride, a guided tour or a lecture, we collect your personal data to keep you informed about the activity you are interested in.

If you take part in our biennial charity bike ride, we will pass on your personal data to the charity so that they can contact you in connection with sending invoices and receiving your sponsorship.

Photos may be taken at events we organise. These will be used in our internal and external communication.

How we secure personal data

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure or unauthorised modification. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.

In the case of our biennial bike ride, we keep your data in order to be able to invite you again at a next edition. In this case, we do not share your data with third parties.

Do you also have rights regarding the protection of your data?

Of course. You have the right to view, amend or delete your data from our database at any time and anywhere.
