The city of Deinze is getting a brand new administrative centre. The 100 employees will have 8000m² of working space, including a city archive, a cafeteria, a large council chamber, public meeting rooms and individual offices for the mayor and the aldermanic college. Architectural firm Tony Fretton is designing the building. Bureau Bouwtechniek is responsible for all structural engineering support from the preliminary design phase onwards. Together with VK Engineering, they handle the studies.
The renowned Italian architecture magazine Domus nicely features the De Leiespiegel service centre we realised with Tony Fretton Architects in its June issue.
