The curtain falls on BB FOR 2024

Last Saturday, we kicked off BB FOR 2024, our biennial charity cycling event.

Place of appointment: Zarlardingas boerderie, a (now no longer hidden) pearl in the Flemish Ardennes.

Charity on duty this time was Het Werk der Daklozen, a non-profit organisation that renovates buildings on Blindestraat in Antwerp and makes them available to 33 recognised, single, male refugees.

What could you do?

Sponsor the renovation, drop down to Geraardsbergen to cycle with them, or both.

And what did you do?

You raised a whopping €35,400 and came to cycle with 130. 22 BBs also brought their bikes and another 22 colleagues encouraged the cyclists with food and drinks.

Together, we enjoyed a homemade BBQ on the farmie afterwards with 160.
