The aim of these audits is to identify the average maintenance cost of existing buildings over a 20-year period.

The fields of investigation of this audit and the various building types are numerous. Our multidisciplinary team masters both the structural parts of the assignment (the outer shell and the interior) and the technical installations, fire, energy and burglary safety aspects.


All the different phases of the assignment are completed: the monitoring condition statement with reporting, the multi-year maintenance planning and budget with individual and global reporting.

Preparation of reports

We have built up our own database of material properties and service life, possible damage and wear cases, unit prices, etc. This technical report lists the necessary maintenance and repair work and their cost, placed on a timeline. The processing of the condition report and the preparation of the long-term maintenance planning and budget are inextricably linked.

Final report

Data from various sub-reports are adapted to a format compatible with AGVESPA's PLANON package.
