Complete renovation of a 4-storey office building with the addition of a self-supporting canopy structure.
This renovation is part of the Flemish government's objective to be an example in terms of low-energy office buildings.
The starting point for this assignment is maximum conservation. The study carried out in this context was integrated into the new use of the building.
Avant la lettre, the circular sustainability principles were applied here.
