The Frans Masereel Centre, an artists' centre in Belgium recently opened a new 420 m² pavilion. Japanese Hideyuki Nakayama and Ido Avissar of Paris-based LIST created the design. Belgian architect-painter Jean Glibert provided the artistic interpretation. The new building is an extension of the existing dome designed by Lou Jansen in 1972.
