For the heritage depot, the design team noted a
high sustainability ambition from the client AG Vespa. A prominent role was given to sustainability metrics GRO. To realise these ambitions, the design team took us under its wing.
Needless to say, we are delighted that the design team recognises our pioneering role with regard to sustainability meter GRO.
Our sustainability consultants dream of making buildings greener and more efficient. To turn these dreams into reality, they are at the forefront of developing tools that measure and optimise the sustainability of buildings. The
sustainability meter GRO is such a tool, developed by Het Facilitair Bedrijf - Flemish Government, with the ambition of achieving future-oriented buildings through an integrated design process.
GRO gives tools to the various parties involved and makes the broad theme of ‘sustainability’ communicable.
