Léopold Village residential complex

Together with Pierre Blondel architects, we are building a residential complex and hotel in the heart of Brussels' European quarter.

The building comprises 4 large distinct building sections:

  • three residential blocks with a total of 108 luxury residential units (studios, flats and 9 penthouses);
  • underground parking for some 45 cars;
  • commercial spaces on the ground and first floors. Including a restaurant spread over two floors, with a large terrace on the Place Jean Rey side.

As executive architects, we help the designing architects with all technical and financial issues so that they can fully focus on the design. We also monitor the implementation and ensure that the objectives and plan are always crystal clear for all partners, so that together we can realise our dreams.
