Three new programmes are planned on the plot of the former town hall: the fire station forecourt, multipurpose rooms and town houses.

The fire station is attached to a forecourt that serves as a practice square for the firefighters.
The plaza is polyvalent and covers the full width of the public plot.
The dwellings are arranged around a collective courtyard that is an extension of the existing gardens.

Durable structure

The barracks are built in a double concrete structure. In the underground car park, a first structure in the form of a concrete table is provided. Thanks to this structure, the large span of the fire station's garage remains intact without additional columns.

BIM

We modelled the BIM model together with Bollinger + Grohmann. Apart from the aspect model architecture, we also took care of the coordination and integration between the different models.
