Alexander would prefer to be redundant. But not before he provides his colleagues with the right tools to get started. And to stay there. He looks for the same in the projects that appear on his design table. He makes it a point of honour to untangle complex architectural knots and help impact on making a design buildable. He prefers not to do this alone, but in dialogue with his colleagues. Working together towards a common goal in a constructive atmosphere brings out the best version of himself in him.
