I still feel useful here. As long as my colleagues are happy that I'm here, I can't complain. We've grown into a large company, which gives me room to experiment. But in terms of atmosphere and conviviality, I still recognise the BB of 10 years ago. I cherish the fact that I can contribute in my own modest way to a cleaner world.

We are so happy, Hanne Saels, that you ‘accidentally’ ended up here. You spent your first three months at BB on an interim basis, working at reception. In no time at all, you convinced us that we would be a better BB with you on board. We had to acknowledge that you were our Excel expert, a master of software and online platforms of all kinds.

Your above-average curiosity about everything you suspect could be done better is paying off.

Your enthusiasm and drive for optimisation have already taken us to many promised administrative lands. Complicated and impossible are not in your vocabulary.

Knowing that we can always turn to you and come home with our hands full is pure luxury.
