BB helps build the Nieuw Zuid site in Antwerp

Bureau Bouwtechniek is collaborating with landowner Triple Living on the development of a new micro-community along the Scheldt.

A sustainable district in terms of energy and environment

Following the European climate objectives, the city council is committed to using energy and raw materials sustainably (2050 is the target year for co2 neutrality). Thus, for New South, the city deliberately opts for bicycle paths and residential areas where pedestrians predominate, underground car parks, noise and air quality measures, collective energy facilities, sustainable water management, and so on.
