Project Support I Collaboration

Renovation of an office building from the 50s into a contemporary fire station outpost in the historic city centre.
The building is part of a historic block in the city centre. Key objectives of the programme are: good circulation space, a penthouse with a protected patio and rooftop views of the city. The exterior combines an industrial look with sophisticated and technical details. Both giving the building a distinct, but not too pronounced identity.

Bureau Bouwtechniek is responsible for the complete construction-technical support of HUB from the tendering phase. BB is responsible for technical assistance during the design process, the layout of the implementation plans, the blueprint of constructional specifications and estimates. BB leads the monitoring of the implementation.
