Construction of zero and low-energy apartments. The Kadox housing project is part of the development for the Cadix quarter in the Antwerp district called 't Eilandje (Little Island). The entire housing complex consists of a mix of residential typologies regarding size, type and target group. The complete complex is built around a communal courtyard. The Kadox project comprises a corner of the entire housing complex.

Bureau Bouwtechniek is responsible for the complete construction-technical support of HUB from the tendering phase. BB is responsible for technical assistance during the design process, the layout of the implementation plans, the blueprint of constructional specifications and estimates. BB leads the monitoring of the implementation.
