Master plan for the Saint-Anna site in the New Quarter district in Berchem. The existing site of the Saint-Anna residential care centre is transformed into a new housing and care district where various levels of care and different types of housing units will be offered. A dense network of public, semi-public and private outdoor spaces and gardens will largely compensate for the disappearance of the existing green space.

A portion of the existing historic buildings, including the monumental chapel and the staircase will be incorporated in the new spatial structure. This way, not only will the value of the property's heritage be preserved, but the existing rooms will receive a meaningful repurposing.
